LEVEL 01


OUR BOOT CAMP STYLE CLASS IS A QUICK WAY TO GET YOU MOVING AND ON YOUR WAY TO TRANSFORMATION. YOU WILL FIND FUNCTIONAL BODY WEIGHT MOVEMENTS WITH LIGHT TO MODERATE LOADS. NO EXPERIENCE, NO WORRIES.

LEVEL 02


OUR SIGNATURE CLASS COMBINES CARDIO, STRENGTH, GYMNASTICS, AGILITY AND BALANCE. YOU WILL FIND FUNCTIONAL BODY WEIGHT MOVEMENTS WITH MODERATE TO HEAVY LOADS AS WELL AS OLYMPIC STYLE LIFTS.

LEVEL 03


THIS IS FOR ATHLETES WHO REQUIRE ADVANCED TRAINING FOR THE SPORT OF FITNESS. ADDITIONAL STRENGTH AND SKILL PROGRAMMING IS PROVIDED. WORKOUTS CONSIST OF HEAVIER LOADS, HIGHER VOLUME AND AN INCREASED PROFICIENCY IN HIGH SKILL GYMNASTICS MOVEMENTS.
